I am a fashion designer located in Southern California.  I am young, yet determined to hold on to ideals that seem to belong to those born in a time before mine.  For instance, I believe in trying to do good, not necessarily for what you will get out of it, but so others are reminded of goodness and will hopefully pass it on to others.  It all comes back to us anyway doesn't it?  I believe in trying to take care of others, especially as an employer.  You should look out for and respect everyone.  No one is beneath you.  We need to look at the big picture.  Every person has fills some kind of need.
